See my artwork at http://fineartamerica.com/profiles/carol-rhodes.html. It seems that just as soon as I complete my paintings, I frame them and send them off to gallery shows. Those deadlines seem to be my driving force. Because that is how I work, I don't have a chance to photograph many of them.
I have sold a few paintings in the past, but I grieved each one; they're like children, and I don't need the money. Accordingly, in the past several years, I've decided to keep them and pass them on to my real children instead of strangers. (I don't mind giving them as personal gifts, though.)
Perhaps someday I'll get around to the tricky business of photographing my watercolor creations in their frames. Don't hold your breath. Meantime, ask for a personal tour.
