I have many photo galleries at http://www.carolrhodes.org/. There you'll see travels, pets, family, artwork. I especially love interesting architecture. Recently, I have been studying architecture styles. My tiny exposure to this particular science tells me that the Italianate brick beauty to the left was built in the middle 1800s. The part of the porch that wraps around the bay window may have been added on--but not necessarily so.
Anyway, I find that old buildings tell stories, although I don't typically paint them. They're too lovely as photographed.
